How long does each candle last?
For our signature candle range which is a 220g container, the burn time should be around 40-50 hours and if the wick is looked after you should achieve an even burn from top to bottom. With our alternative containers the burn will vary from each container due to thickness of the vessel and size.
How can I keep my candle longer?
How long your candle lasts depends on the way you use and burn it, as well as the way you position your candle. Always place your candle in a draft free environment and away from windows. Burn your candle for a minimum of 2 hours and no more than 4 hours, as this can cause the burn pool to over heat which can lead to the glass cracking. When you come to extinguish your candle, you may have a deep burn pool, this means the wick is to be lifted upright to make sure it doesn't fall into the wax
What should I do if I have a problem?
This can happen on rare occasions as all ingredients are natural and handmade. If this does occur then please let us know immediately and we will replace free of charge.
I have purchased a diffuser, are there any important care instructions?
Place the reeds into the oil and allow the oil to travel up to half way, at this point turn the reeds, We suggest you turn the reeds weekly. The carrier oil which helps dilute the fragrance to allow it to travel up the reeds has an alcohol content and can damage your wood/paintwork if the liquid comes into contact with either; therefore we recommend that you stand your diffuser on a mat or coaster.
